SMS Policy

TrainedResponder (operated by InformaDev LLC) sends text messages only to registered members of organizations on the platform who have opted in. TrainedResponder is the sender of every message; a member's organization is named in the message content for context.

What we send

  • Emergency activation alerts when your organization pages you
  • Confirmations of your replies
  • Subscription responses (STOP/HELP/START)

Message frequency varies with your organization's activity; typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of membership or purchase.

How opt-in works

  1. Log in to your member account.
  2. Open Account > Profile.
  3. Enter your mobile number and check "Text me for activation alerts" — unchecked by default and entirely optional.
  4. You receive a confirmation text.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message (confirmation will be sent, no further messages), or uncheck the box in your profile.

TrainedResponder: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Privacy
